ABSTRACT: The uniformity of seed distribution and sowing speed directly impact crop quality productivity. This experiment assessed how the position monitoring sensor influences cotton seeds using a pneumatic meter at different operating speeds. employed completely randomized two-factor factorial design on static simulation bench. first factor involved installation sites (upper, middle, lower portions conductor tube conveyor belt), while second encompassed simulated speeds 3.0, 5.0, 7.0, 9.0, 11.0 km/h. Parameters such as frequency double, flawed, acceptable spacing, coefficient variation, precision index were measured based five replications 250 consecutive spacing. results indicated that sensor’s placement significantly reading accuracy. Optimal observed when was positioned final portion tube, providing more accurate deposition, facilitating decision-making.
